Dr. Stefan Wölfl is lecturer at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Freiburg. Since 2003 he is member of the Research Foundations of Artificial Intelligence.
CV Sketch
Dr. Stefan Wölfl received his master degree (M.A. in philosophy and mathematics, 1995) and his doctoral degree (Dr. phil., 1998) from the University of Regensburg. Between 1999 and 2003 he worked on different research projects in Regensburg, Pittsburgh (PA, USA), and Padova (Italy). Since 2003, he is member of the Research Group on the Foundations of Artificial Intelligence at the University of Freiburg, headed by Bernhard Nebel, currently as lecturer.

- Modal and temporal logics
- Logics of agency
Current Research Projects
- Constraint-based reasoning in qualitative spatio-temporal calculi
- Non-monotonicity, consistency, and rationality in human reasoning
Misc
Since 2011 he is Deputy Spokesperson of the Special Interest Group on Artificial Intelligence (GI-Fachberech KI) of the German Gesellschaft für Informatik.Please note: We can not offer any summer internships!
