Robotics Laboratory - Projects

The general scope of this term's practical is about winning a race with robots. The best student teams from the practical will get the opportunity to participate in a competition or technical challenge and hopefully to harvest the first price!

Rescue Robots

Projects in the rescue part of the laboratory involve solving tasks relevant for the RoboCup Rescue League.

For example:

  • Integration of data from a Laser Range Finder (LRF)
  • Detection of poles and drivable roads from LRF data
  • Planning of efficient robot trajectories
  • Fast and save navigation indoors and outdoor
