Dr. Patrick Eyerich

I studied computer science at the University of Freiburg and received my diploma (Diplom-Informatiker) in May 2007. In October 2013 I defended my PhD dissertation.

Since May 2007 I have been working in the Research Group on the Foundations of Artificial Intelligence headed by Prof. Dr. Bernhard Nebel.

Temporal Fast Downward is a temporal planning system that won the Runner-Up-Award in the temporal satisficing track of the 6th International Planning Competition 2008 (IPC 2008). Temporal Fast Downward was developed in collaboration with Robert Mattmüller and Gabriele Röger. Further information and the planner itself can be obtained from the Temporal Fast Downward homepage.

PROST is a probabilistic planning system that won the international probabilistic planning competition 2011 (IPC 2011). The planner was developed in collaboration with Thomas Keller. For further information and the source code, please visit the PROST web page.
