Dr. Gregor Behnke
I have left the research group for Foundations of Artificial Intelligence!
About me
I have studied Computer Science at the University of Rostock and received my Master's degree in 2014. Afterwards, I have been a PhD student at Ulm University's Institute of Artificial Intelligence and was associated with the Transregional Collaborative Research Center SFB/TRR 62. I have received my PhD (Dr. rer. nat.) in 2019.
Since January 2020 I have been working in the Research Group on the Foundations of Artificial Intelligence headed by Prof. Dr. Bernhard Nebel.
PANDA
Together with Daniel Höller I'm the main developer of the HTN planning system PANDA. There are currently two versions of PANDA which are maintained:
- PANDA3 an implementation in Java and Scala that was used in PANDA's most recent evaluation. Executables, its source code, and instances are available.
- pandaPI an implementation in C++. It is currently under development. The parser and the grounder are already publicly available. The planner itself is soon to follow.
IPC
Together with Daniel Höller and Pascal Bercher I'm organising the IPC 2020 track on Hierarchical Planning.
ICPC
Since 2009, I've been involved in the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC), as a contestant, coach, and judge. If you are interested in taking part in the ICPC or just want to know anything about it, please feel free to contact me.
